We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. Ground and Express orders are delivered in 1-5 business days, delivery service is offered Monday-Friday. All online orders placed by 1pm EST are eligible for same day shipment, however this is contingent upon various factors, and is not always a guarantee. Processing times may vary during sale periods. The site requires adult signature with delivery for orders over $1,000. Clients are also welcome to request a waiver of this requirement after ordering, however this will waive The site’s responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We charge a flat rate of $30 to ship to most destinations and $25 to ship to Canada. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when FedEx collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of international taxes and duties. Taxes and duties (where applicable) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. Please note that our international courier FedEx International has suspended acceptance of dutiable shipments sent to private individuals in Russia until further notice.
